Tactiqo offers four plans: Free ($0), Personal Coach ($9.99/month or $79.99/year), Club ($49.99/month or $479.90/year), and Academy ($149.99/month or $1,439.90/year). Each plan includes different features and capacity limits to match your organization's size and needs.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You only pay the prorated difference when upgrading.

Our Free plan is free forever — not a trial. You can use it indefinitely with up to 1 team and 10 players. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time, and you can return to the Free plan whenever you wish.

Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly billing across all paid plans. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Tactiqo uses enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. All data is stored in secure, redundant cloud infrastructure with automatic backups and point-in-time recovery capabilities.

You own all data you create and upload to Tactiqo. ElevenBase LLC does not claim ownership of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time. We never sell your data to third parties.

Yes. Your data is automatically backed up with version history and point-in-time recovery. This means if you accidentally delete something, we can often restore it for you.

Absolutely. Tactiqo includes comprehensive player development tracking with performance metrics, attendance records, fitness monitoring, and historical data — so you can see how each player progresses over seasons.

Depending on your plan, you can manage multiple teams within your club or academy. Each team has its own sessions, players, and tactical boards, while the club management dashboard gives you an organizational overview.

Player access features are being developed. Currently, coaches and staff manage player data. We're working on a player portal that will allow players to view their own statistics and development information.

The AI Session Generator uses machine learning trained on thousands of professional training sessions. Simply input your team's level, available players, training objectives, and available equipment — and the AI generates a complete, structured training session with drills, timings, and coaching points.

Yes. The AI is trained on professional coaching methodologies and validated by certified football coaches. However, as with any AI tool, we recommend reviewing generated sessions and adjusting them to fit your specific team's needs.

The AI Session Generator is available on Personal Coach, Club, and Academy plans. The Free plan does not include AI features.

Tactiqo generates match reports, training reports, attendance reports, performance analytics reports, and player development reports. Each can be customized with your club's branding and exported to professional PDF format.

Yes. PDF reports can be customized with your club logo, colors, and branding. You can also choose which sections to include and configure the layout to match your organization's style.

PDF export is available on Personal Coach, Club, and Academy plans. The Free plan does not include PDF export functionality.

Yes. Exported PDF reports can be shared via email, messaging apps, or printed directly. You retain full control over who receives your reports.

Tactiqo currently supports English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, German, Italian, and Dutch. We're continuously adding more languages based on user demand.

Yes. Tactiqo fully supports RTL languages like Arabic, with proper layout mirroring and text direction.

Yes. You can switch between available languages at any time from the language selector in the header. Your data remains the same regardless of the selected language.

The AI Session Generator currently works in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. We're expanding AI language support continuously.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Enterprise and Academy plan customers can also arrange bank transfers and invoice billing.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain full access until then. There are no cancellation fees.
